How to Exercise Your Rights

We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may need to verify the agent's authorization and your identity before processing the request.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Linkkit does not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not exchange personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We may share certain information with service providers who assist us in operating our services, but these transfers are not considered sales under the CCPA. If our practices change in the future, we will update this policy and provide you with an opportunity to opt out.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, provide our services, and comply with our legal obligations. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or de-identify it in accordance with our data retention policies.
